Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, tampered, or used products (due to health and safety regulations)

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Sale items or promotional/discounted products

  • Perishable items like mushroom grow kits that have already been activated


🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@exoticmushroomstore.com with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved, send the item(s) back to the return address provided.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary).

  • If the issue persists, please contact us directly.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


📌 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, follow the return steps and mention the product you’d like in exchange.
